Didier Dumoutier
accordeon
Accordionist Emeritus, I performed on stage for more than 4 decades and played music from the Western world and the Americas, especially old and modern Argentinian tangos and French songs. In my repertory, I interpret more than 20 famous singers from France and Quebec.
I participated in the making of more than 50 records and a dozen films.
As an invited solo guest musician, in 2004 I played, sang and acted in the production of “Silences et Cris” with Carbone 14.
I created and organized in Montreal my own accordion festival, Printemps des Bretelles, from 1999 to 2009, where many talented instrumentalists were invited.
I produced a show in tribute to Claude Nougaro and to the Argentinian tango called "Navidad Tango" and performed in numerous singing tours throughout Quebec.
